Between 300 and 500 a month – we have a fluid businesses model which adapts to needs of the business.

What is the process of a new law firm signing up with PCC?

Once the paperwork has been signed, we just require access to their Case Management System and logins to access any portals. We can be up and running within 48 hours.

Does PCC help the conveyancing transaction in any other way?

Before PCC submits an application to the Land Registry, we conduct an audit of all cases. The purpose of this audit is to avoid any avoidable requisitions which are often raised by the Land Registry. By working in this way, we are a lot more productive and in turn provide indirect training to the staff so that they are aware of the Land Registry requirements and standards.

Finally can you confirm what the costs for your post completion services are?
