  • Chase HMLR 24-hours before cancellation date
  • Priority of whole searches are put in place 24-hours before expiry
  • Priority of part searches are put in place 72-hours before expiry
  • Check HMLR for title information documents daily
  • Send title information documents to clients and lender clients within 24-hours
