- Update third party portals daily
- Chase third parties weekly

- Request extension of time within 10 working days of the cancellation date
- Chase HMLR 24-hours before cancellation date
- Priority of whole searches are put in place 24-hours before expiry
- Priority of part searches are put in place 72-hours before expiry
- Check HMLR for title information documents daily
- Send title information documents to clients and lender clients within 24-hours
