‘I have been using PCC for my post completions coming up to a year, having valued their services I approached PCC for a bespoke service to outsource my on-boarding. We were opening in the excess of 150 matters a month and the administrative process was becoming a job in itself. Whilst it did not require a dedicated member of staff, it nevertheless required a committed and dedicated member staff to on-board the client and to send out our engagement letters within 24 hours of instruction. Attention to detail was needed as this is the first communication clients are having with the business. PCC, was amazing and took on this task head on and has done a fantastic job - I haven’t looked back. I will be considering what else I can outsource, especially in this crowded market it is important to stream line the business and have dedicated professionals looking after key stages in matters.’
